Description

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.

The Department of Interior / Bureau of Reclamation in Denver, CO is performing market research to determine if there are a sufficient number of qualified Small Businesses, (i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, hub zone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business) to set aside a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. Small businesses only should respond to this sources sought. The Government will use responses to this notice to make the appropriate acquisition decision.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE AND SUPPLY TO BE REQUIRED: The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement to acquire contractor services to replace and upgrade USBR Facilities existing end of lifecycle security systems, cameras, cable/fiber to an improved operationally functional level. This includes upgraded access control, intrusion detection, video recording and camera equipment that is required to properly maintain security and have support from manufacturers.

Brand name equipment that will be used is Milestone, Lenel, and Axis. Vendors must be authorized resellers of all three companies.

All interested contractors who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, with information describing their interest, capabilities statements, answering all questions below, and indicate which small business category for which they qualify to the Contracting Specialist, Christina Mohamed at cmohamed@usbr.gov, no later than 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time), March 30, 2022. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. NAICS Code 541519 Other IT related Service is applicable to this acquisition.

Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 , required registration in the System Award Management System (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
