6515--Notice of Intent to Sole Source Audioscan Verifit 2

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order with e3 Diagnostics, Inc. The procurement is for Audioscan Verifit 2 with NOAH module. e3 Diagnostics, Inc is the only vendor for the VAMC location per Audioscan s distributor listing. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339112. The Audioscan Verifit 2 is compatible with existing systems, software, and equipment in place or being put in place at the VAMC and offers a proprietary function that mimics real life more accurately when testing hearing aid settings. This procurement is limited to one source in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a Single Source, as no other supplies with satisfy the Agency s requirement.
