THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE POSTED ON OR ABOUT September 2nd, 2022. Electrical Repair and Installation Corpus Christi VA Clinic 36C25722Q1130 Provide: Professional construction services to include but not limited to: Site investigation- mechanical, electrical, plastering, painting and construction Construction period of services- Furnish and Install all items per plan and specification as shown documents Project: Corpus Christi Outpatient Clinic SPECIFICS: Corpus Christi Outpatient Clinic. Replace (9) x HID Ballast, (9) x Photocell Switches, and (9) x HID Lamps. Replace (3) x LED Flagpole Flood Lamps and (1) x Photocall Switch. Troubleshoot and repair (4) x HID streetlights approximately 40 high Troubleshoot and repair (3) x HID lights mounted under solar panel parking awning. Troubleshoot and repair connectivity between electrical panel box, streetlights, and parking awning lights. All breaches through a fire wall must be sealed with the appropriate fire caulk material and all other areas uncovered (i.e., concrete/asphalt/landscaping) shall be returned to their original conditions meeting VA policy and Guidance. A before and after picture will be taken of the area being breach. At the end of the repairs or replacement of parts, each light shall be test for functionality and demonstrate to the point of contact that all lights are functional. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238210 with a small business size standard of $16.5 M. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.
