Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District has a need for disposal services for radioactive materials and waste generated at various sites throughout the nation. The vendor must possess and maintain a license or permit and be approved by USACE for disposal of various types of radioactive waste. The vendor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the provided services.

The government intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement’s (BPAs) from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendors whose quotations are the most advantageous to the government, considering price and, as applicable, technical qualifications. Specifically, the government will review the vendor’s pricing to determine whether it provides a fair and reasonable price for the items submitted and, as applicable, will review the technical information submitted to determine whether the services offered satisfy the requirements identified in the solicitation.
