Hello –

Please see below questions and answers –

1. I was seeing an “anticipated material due date” of no more than 24 weeks after award. I was assuming that meant delivery of completed parts 24 weeks after award.

           Correct.

       2. How soon after award could I anticipate receiving the raw material?

           Raw material for the Priority #1 Items will be delivered one week after award.

           Raw material for Priority # 2 Items will be delivered 2 weeks after award.

           Raw material for Priority #3 Items will be delivered 3 weeks after award.

NEXT-2 Front End Copper Bodies

Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) seeks the manufacturing of NEXT-2 Front End Copper Bodies parts. Requirements for this solicitation are outlined in the attached RFQ Document.

Ouote package shall include the below:

• Completed attached “Quotation Pricing Sheet”. Please provide SAM Unique Entity Identification (UEI) Number within “Quotation Pricing Sheet”, as well as affirm Representations and Certifications and size status are accurate and up to date in SAM.
• Technical Qualifiers listed in attached “RFQ Document”.  
• Freight terms quoted shall be FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid.

CRITICAL DATES

Questions Due Date: Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time

Quote Due Date: Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time

Anticipated Material Due Date: No more than twenty-four (24) weeks after Award. (Reference “Delivery Schedule” in attached Statement of Work_05-08-2023.)
