The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing. 

The Solicitation number W81K00-23-Q-0130 is generated for the purpose of posting this notice.  The notice is not a request for competitive quotes.  Interested and capable sources who submit capabilities in support of this requirement are responsible for appropriately marking information if it’s proprietary in nature.  The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. Any capabilities received in response to this notice shall be considered for the future requirements.  No requests for capability briefings or telephonic inquires will be honored. The government intends to execute this award on or about 15 September 2023.

1. Must be FDA and TAA compliant.

2. Must have an FDA-approved protocol.

3. Must be able to be titrated.

4. Must be non-rechargeable.

5. Must have a minimum battery of 10 years depending on energy settings.

6. Must provide trending data to supporting physicians.

7. Must have an antibacterial to enclose implanted spinal cord stimulation system that dissolves within two weeks.

8. Must have a software that tracks functional metrics to optimize patient outcomes.

9. Must be 1.5T and 3T MRI compatible.
