Description
McAlester Army Ammunition Plan (MCAAP) requires one Harsco Model 2400 Switch, Spot and Production Tamper or equivalent. The railroad equipment must be capable of ballast consolidation around existing railroad ties in accordance with the Brand Name or Equal Specifications (Attachment 0001).
