The purpose of Update 29 Nov 2022 is to address questions regarding pre-award site visits.

1.  Will pre-award site visits be conducted?

2.  No, pre-award site visits will not be held for potential offerors due to the requirement to award NLT 1 Dec 2022. The date and time the offers are required to be received remains the same. 

*UPDATE 22 NOV 2022*

The purpose of this update is to address the required delivery schedule/Period of Performance (PoP) of 29 November 22 and change the delivery/PoP to 10 business days after after reciept of order.  Quotes are due 29 November 2022 12:00pm MST.  The award date will change to no later than 1 December 2022.  The Statement of Work (SOW) has been updated to reflect these changes.

Q1.  Is this effort sole source to Datum?

A1. According to market research, there are multiple companies that use

Datum certified installers.  With two or more capable sources, the effort is not sole source. 

The Datum MobileTrak3 Storage units require disassembly, relocation, repair, and reassembly from two rooms in Building 1209, Hill Air Force Base (AFB) Utah (UT), 84056 to two rooms in Building 1223, Hill AFB UT. The contractor is required to utilize certified Datum installers/technicians to perform this effort. Both buildings. 1209 and 1223 are located on Hill AFB, UT. Building 1209 is located at 6009 Wardleigh Rd, Hill AFB UT. Building 1223 is located at 6071 Gum Lane, Hill AFB UT.

Note: The contractor will need to be certified by Datum for removing and installing the shelving units.
