Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) requests for quote (RFQ) N32253-22-Q-0093 with the intent to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the Contractor to provide six (6) forklift rentals in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 532289 for All Other Consumer Goods Rental. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $11,000,000.00. The Product Service Code is W039 for Lease Or Rental Of Equipment- Materials Handling Equipment

All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08, DFARS 08/26/2022, and NMCARS 18-22.

All quotation submissions need to include completion of FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 52.212-3, and 52.222-48.
