Description

Description of purpose work nature and volume: The government is looking to award a requirements contract that will cover asbestos abatements as they arise at the facility. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, training, transportation, and personnel necessary to accomplish Asbestos Abatement tasks in accordance with VA provided drawings and specifications. The magnitude of construction project is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Location of the work: Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center 1481 W. 10th Street Indianapolis, IN 46202-2803 Tentative dates for issuing invitations, opening bids, and completing contract performance; The Request for Proposal (RFP) should be posted on/about 11/17/2023 and proposals should be due within 30-45 days thereafter. Plans will be available for inspection without charge: All available information will be made available electronically when the RFP when released. Date by which requests for the invitation for bids should be submitted: There will be no physical copies provided. Set-Aside: This solicitation is a total small business set aside.
