Description

The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has a requirement for a qualified Contractor to provide Local Guard Services to support the U.S. Mission in Brazil. The Government requires a secure environment to conduct their mission. The Contractor shall provide the organizational structure, management, and qualified staff at levels adequate to meet or exceed the requirement contained in the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall be required to provide services in a manner that prevent loss or injury to U.S. personnel, dependents, property; destruction of assets; to prevent unauthorized access; and deter potential terrorist attacks. Anticipated period of performance of the single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) is for one base year and four one-year options (to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government).

Site Visits of the U.S. Mission facilities in Brazil are provided via a PowerPoint Presentation due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Amendment 01 - The proposal due date is hereby extended to May 6th 2022 at 1300 Eastern Standard time. The Government will post a revised solicitation amendment with answers to vendor questions soon. 

Amendment 02 - The proposal due date is hereby extended to May 13th 2022 at 1300 Eastern Standard time. The Government will post a revised solicitation amendment with answers to vendor questions soon. 

Amendment 03 - The proposal due date is hereby extended to May 27th 2022 at 1300 Eastern Standard time. Please see Amendment for Vendor Questions, Government Responses and updates to the solicitation titled in compressed folder titled "Amendment 03 - Brazil IDIQ Solicitation Update and Q A". As stated in the bottom of block 14, “Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 9A or 10A, as heretofore changed remains unchanged and in full force and effect.”This includes but is not limited to Section K and I from the original solicitation as being unchanged and in full effect.

Amendment 04 - Incorporates Exhibit U - Salary and Benefits as informational and updates proposal due date to May 31 2022 0800 Eastern Standard Time. Please see updated Section L and M Compensation Plan respectively. All other terms remain unchanged. Please see compressed folder titled "Amendment 04" for more details. 

Amendment 05 - Extends the proposal due date to June 10 2022 0800 Eastern Standard Time.

Amendment 06 - Updated Contracting Officer to Crystal Sutliff and provide updated Exhibit U and Exhibit P.
