Description
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Cyprus will launch the solicitation on the https://cy.usembassy.gov/ website when it is available.
The Embassy of the United States in Nicosia will issue a solicitation for mobile phone services and equipment for the U.S. Embassy Nicosia, Cyprus. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods, at the option of the Government. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forth coming periods.
All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in November 2022.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror representing best value using comparative evaluation authorized under FAR 13.106-2(b) (3).
The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
