Purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide Responses to Vendor Questions #1-#2.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-101 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This announcement constitutes that only solicitation quotations are being requested. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.

This is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19-502-2. The principle NAICS is 333996 Fluid Power Pump motor Manufacturing the size standard is 1,250 Employees. Also acceptable, NAICS; 333249, 333318, 333999.

The National Park Service, North Major Acquisition Buying Office has a requirement for the procurement Big South Fork National River & NRA

Required Supply: Portable Sewage Pumper Unit - QTY (1).

This acquisition may result in a firm fixed price contract.

The solicitation number assigned to this requirement is 140P5322Q0014. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). An offeror must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 541990 in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM.gov.
