This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted.  Please respond to this RFQ by providing the following information in this document.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 339112.  The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6515.  The Size Standard for this NAICS is 1000 Employees.  Evaluation of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest price technically acceptable.
