This solicitation will result in a fixed price contract.  This procurement has a 100% small business set aside.

The NSN is export controlled. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost and Pricing Data is not required. EEO clearance is not required. Progress Payments is not authorized for this procurement. This is a critical application item.

Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be May 27, 2022 with a closing date on June 27, 2022.
