Commercial Stacked Washer/Tumble Dryers for U.S. Embassy Kyiv

The U.S. Embassy to Ukraine invites all interested companies to participate in a solicitation for supply of commercial stacked washer/tumble dryers in the quantity of 11 pcs. The vendor is required to supply a new equipment that meets the below technical specifications. The vendor shall be an authorized Distributor/Partner/Reseller of the manufacturer of offered equipment.

Stacked Washer/Tumble Dryer Specifications:

- Minimum 13 kg capacity in washer

- Minimum 13 kg capacity in dryer

- Electric – 3 phase – 400V – 50 Hz

- Maximum physical dimensions: width: 920 mm; depth: 920mm; height: 2100 mm

Delivery Requirements:

The stacked washer/tumble dryers need to be delivered to the U.S. Embassy Kyiv address: 4 Igor Sikorsky St., Kyiv, Ukraine, in maximum 60 days after award of the purchase order. Multiple partial deliveries are acceptable as along as all equipment is delivered in a maximum 60 days after award of the purchase order. The equipment must be officially imported to Ukraine on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) terms (fully customs cleared). No other delivery/shipping methods are authorized.

Warranty Requirements:

The standard manufacturer or seller warranty in Ukraine is required, and repairs as well as other warranty services for the requested equipment must be available in Ukraine.

Payment Terms:

According to U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), advance payment is prohibited. Payment will be made upon receipt of equipment by the Embassy representative. Pursuant to the Prompt Payment Act of the FAR, the U.S. Government must make the payment within 30 calendar days after receipt of the equipment and the valid detailed invoice.

SAM Registration:

Please be advised that according to FAR 4.1102 in case the amount of offer/contract action exceeds $30,000, all prospective offerors should be registered in System for Award Management: www.sam.gov prior to award of the contract and through the final payment.

Submission of Offers:

The offers must be prepared in English and submitted by e-mail to: KyivSolicitations@state.gov with subject line: “Stacked Washer/Tumble Dryers: PR12867910" by 17:00 (Kyiv local time) September 19, 2024. No offers will be accepted after indicated deadline. For an offer to be considered, the following documents in PDF or ZIP format only shall be submitted:

(1) general information about the offeror (legal name, address, main types of activities, etc.);

(2) evidence of active SAM registration;

(3) certificate of Authorized Distributor/Partner/Reseller of the manufacturer of offered equipment;

(4) detailed description of offered stacked washer/tumble dryers, including make and model and demonstration of correspondence to the required technical specifications;

(5) detailed price offer, that includes price for equipment, price for its direct shipment to Ukraine on DDP terms (fully customs cleared), and total amount of offer;

(6) delivery period;

(7) warranty terms; 

(8) confirmation of acceptability of payment terms; and

(9) completed Express NDAA Certification Form (attached).
