Z2DA--Correct Fall Protection Deficiencies

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking prime contractor construction services to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for project no. 540-22-118 Correct Fall Protection Deficiencies at the Clarksburg VA Medical Center, Clarksburg, WV 26301 in accordance with the drawings and specifications. This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, correct multiple fall protection deficiencies throughout building one. Estimated construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The firm must be a General Construction firm approved under NAICS: 236220, size standard: $45 million. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database. and https://www.sam.gov and https://www.dol.gov/vets/vets4212.htm to be eligible for award. Only SDVOSB Firms currently verified in the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database. are eligible to submit bids/offers. SDVOSB firms that submit bids/offers for SDVOSB set-asides that are not listed on SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database. will be deemed nonresponsive. There will be one pre-bid site visit which will be held on or about October 09, 2024 @ 10:00 am local time at the Clarksburg VA Medical Center, 1 Medical Center Drive, Clarksburg, WV 26301, Engineering Building 7. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the site visit. Interested parties must obtain a visitor pass from Engineering Building 7.
