Additional Requirements:

  • 1 of the unreserved parking must accommodate oversized vehicles of 10 feet by 40 feet
  • Monument/wayfinding signage is required
  • Lessor shall provide approx. 200 square feet of external storage space
  • 28 number of employees must be able to park employee vehicles within a walkable ¼ mile of the front door of the building at market rates

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
