COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Wheelchairs Tampa, Florida 36C24822Q0575 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 36C24822Q0575 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113 with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. The PSC is 6530. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract resulting from this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. Only Small Disable Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOSBs) will be considered for award. Offerors must be listed as verified in the VIP database (www.vip.vetbiz.gov) when an offer is submitted and at the time of contract award will be qualify as an SDVOSB. Each Offeror must complete the required certification at 852.219-78. Any offeror that is not found to be a verified SDVOSB will not be considered for technical evaluation or award regardless of past performance or price.
