Description

The U.S. Agency for Global Media has a requirement for HVAC and controls maintenance standard services for USAGM equipment located at the USAGM facility in Mutla, Kuwait.

The Contractor must be a manufacturer certified, fully qualified service agency capable of performing the services specified and providing original equipment manufacturer repair parts.  The Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment/ instruments required for the performance of the contract. All material supplies and services shall conform to local regulations and equipment manufacturer specifications.  Contractors are required to provide warranties on all parts and supplies provided and/or installed under this contract, the warranty shall apply to all services provided under this contract.  (See Contract Clauses, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.246-17 and FAR 52.246-20.)

Work will be performed with station personnel present.  The station will provide the Contractor access to the facility. 

The Contractor must be able to communicate in English.  All contractor personnel working on equipment must be factory trained and certified in maintenance, repair, and operation of the HVAC equipment shown in the solicitation.  All work must be done in a professional manner. Care shall be taken that the work areas are kept clean. The Contractor shall follow all required security and safety procedures at the station.

The Contractor must possess any insurance, licenses and/or permits required to do business in Kuwait, and all work must meet local/national laws and codes.
