This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached.

The solicitation number is 70Z04523-Q-KODI0220 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: 

The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and transportation required to perform the work as specified in the attached Statement of Work (sow) for the inspection and maintenance of unoccupied buildings located at the decommissioned USCG Loran Station Saint Paul, AK.

The Contractor needs to provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, management, supervision, and services necessary to perform the duties of inspecting and maintaining AVSUPFAC Saint Paul, AK as defined in the SOW. The Contractor will also need to execute activities and tasks consistent with the performance standards and specifications. Except for Government Furnished Services, the Contractor shall be responsible for providing services necessary to perform the requirements described in the SOW.

All applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations, requirements, best management practices, and standard operation procedures to include Base Kodiak Environmental Guide applies.
