Description
23 FSS strives to meet the needs of our customer base. Grassy Pond currently has nine (9) cabin sites that are empty following Hurricane Idalia damage and in need of full replacement. Grassy Pond also currently has three (3) cabins that sustained damage from Hurricane Idalia and are in need of repair. This has a direct, negative impact on the health of the MWRF.
23d FSS requires full replacement of the nine (9) 3-Bedroom Modular Cabins due to Hurricane Idalia damage.

Replacement Cabin - House 14'x64' (including tongue)
Set Homes, and Level & Tie Down Hurricane Straps
Hook Up Water & Sewer
Hook Up Electrical to Home
Energy efficient LED light bulbs to be used throughout the Cabin.
Satellite/cable wall mounts to be installed in each Queen Bedroom and in the Living Room.
TV's and TV Mounts to be Provided by Customer.
HVAC 14 Seer Heat Pump 2 Ton Package Unit
No Master Control System tie-in required
Honeywell ProSeries Thermostat (or equivalent)
Install Vinyl Stone Skirting
Enclosed Deck with Screen Porch 10'x10' to be Stained to Match Other 3 Bedroom Cabins On-site. Steps needs handrails.

Paint Exterior of Home to Match Other 3 Bedroom Cabins On-site (Sherwin Williams: Aurora Brown)

Requirement meets the definition of a commercial item as defined in FAR 2.101.
"Commercial item" paragraph (6) states that services of a type offered and sold competitively in substantialquantities in thecommercial marketplace based on established catalog or market prices for specific tasks performed or specificoutcomes to beachieved and under standard commercial terms and conditions.
