Solicitation FA568224Q0009 is hereby posted.
The U.S. Government is soliciting for quotes for performance of services under a firm-fixed price contract for Fire Protection System Maintenance and Repair services of geographically separated areas of Aviano and Ghedi Air Bases, Italy in accordance with the requirements of PWS and host nation laws.
The subject service shall be acquired using FAR Part 12 procedures for the Acquisition of Commercial Items. FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall govern this competitive acquisition (FAR 13.500(a)-acquisition is <$7.5M).
The Contractor shall furnish all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that Fire protection system maintenance and repair services are performed in a professional manner.
Interested companies shall conform to the general and specific quote preparation instructions in the solicitation.
Performance of the service will come into effect 30 September 2024 with a 1 month phase in period, and successive service for 11 months, and will have a duration of 5 years (one base 12-month period and four 12-month option periods) with a 6 months possible extension of services.
Site visit date, time and location is indicated in the solicitation document.
