SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled at Fort Hunter Liggett, Jolon CA for 14 Jun 2022 at 10:00 AM PDT. The POC
for this site visit is Vance C. Bickford, Contracting Contract Specialist and he will only entertain questions regarding
site visit access and accommodations. Please provide a list of people that will attend the site visit. This list will be
used to grant access to Fort Hunter Liggett. Email is vance.c.bickford.civ@army.mil. All questions regarding this
solicitation, scope, terms, etc. shall be submitted after the site visit and per instruction provided below. This will be
the only site visit conducted and will begin promptly without considerations for late or lost proposals. Any requests
for additional site visits will be denied.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement for FHL sidewalk repairs, Jolon, CA 93928 on Fort Hunter Liggett, CA.

Work to be performed will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) with a Code 238110 small business size standard of $16.5 million.

Solicitation W911SA22B2010 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). 

It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract.

This solicitation will be Full and Open Competition

Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

Period of Performance: Work is to be completed NLT 3 June 2023, anticipated award Jul 2022. 

MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 30 days of this presolicitation notice. The site visit date and time will be provided in the solicitation, once it is posted.

Electronic copies of each bid shall be compatible with the following software products: Adobe Acrobat Reader 11 and Microsoft Office Suite 2016. Narrative portions of the proposal shall be in Adobe Acrobat portable document file (pdf) searchable text format. The Offeror shall not embed sound or video (e.g., MPEG) files into the proposal files. Electronic files shall be clearly identified for each Bid, section, and item.

Parties interested in the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments can add themselves to the Interested Vendors List; contractors will not be directly notified of postings of any related documents.
