FOR INFORMATION ONLY: This is not a solicitation. This is synopsis is ONLY A NOTIFICATION that a solicitation will be issued.
CONTRACT INFORMATION: This announcement is total small business acquisition to provide Erosion Control, Wayne County, Mississippi.
Total Small Business set-aside.
Place of Performance: Wayne County, Mississippi
The North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million. A firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated under simplified acquisition procedures FAR Part 13. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in April 2024. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/. No state level certifications will be accepted.
PROJECT INFORMATION: The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000.
The project consists of erosion control on Court Street, in City of Waynesboro, within Wayne County, Mississippi. The erosion control measures will consist of removing debris and sediment, laying geotextile, riprap, and concrete grout.
