Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to Worldnet Telecommunications in Guaynabo, PR for circuits necessary to continue supporting the existing T2S2 system video conferences and internet access for the Caribbean by April 1, 2022.
This acquisition will be conducted IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. THIS SYNPOSIS IS PUBLISHED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS.
All applicable provisions and clauses are attached. Per FAR Part 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can provide the telecommunications circuits necessary to support the T2S2 system and meet the Government’s requirements detailed above, may submit a capability statement which will be considered by agency. This is a “total SB-Set-Aside” and will be close on March 17, 2022 at 10:00AM.
The Government may reject all offers received in response to this solicitation, if doing so is in the best interest of the Government. Evaluation will be based on (1) delivery of the items offered to meet the Governments requirement and (2) price. The Government anticipates an award of a single firm fixed price purchase order. The Government may reject offers received in response to this notice if doing so is in the best interest of the Government. Late submissions will not be accepted. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. This solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of a quotation.
Basis of Award: Award will be based on lowest price/technically acceptable”/delivery”. Award is ALL or NONE.
