The scope of this task order is to operate and maintain the OBIM infrastructure components and associated applications and other functionality of the production and non-production environments and associated business systems currently deployed with the DHS Data Center 1, Government and Contractor facilities, AWS FEDRAMP environments, and Government utilized Equinix Data Center locations. Operations and maintenance include break-fix of current functional capabilities and outstanding security remediation activities, but do not involve any changes for new functional and/or technical requirements. General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT) will continue to provide task order management, disaster recovery/continuity of operations, system management and monitoring, service request management, technology analysis, and non-production support of the legacy IDENT system until the replacement system is operational. GDIT, as the operator of DC1, is the only Contractor able to continue the operation and maintenance of the legacy system in its current environment.
