Carpet Install Bldg 1530 Moody AFB

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs."

The contractor shall accomplish the removal/disposal of existing and installation of new flooring in the requested offices of Building 1530 located on Moody Air Force Base, GA. In Accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Successful offerer shall complete work by 90 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). A site visit will be held on Wednesday 29 March 2023 at 1:00 PM EST in Bldg 1530. While attendance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. Please arrive at the Moody Air Force Base Visitor's Center no later than 12:00 PM EST for check-in (required for all contractors prior to entering the base). We will meet in front of the Building 1530 at 1:00PM EST. Please see attached base map for directions. 
 
We are requesting two quotes per contractor. One to include costs associated with moving/dissembling & reassembling furniture and one without. Quotes are due by 17 April 2023 (please ensure both are included). 
 
For completing the base pass forms please put your business name next to the "Prime Contractor" spot (where ABCD is present). Replace the name John Doe with the full name of the member requesting base access for the site visit, include date of birth and company for all additional members that may be attending. When complete email the base pass to sara.halbert@us.af.mil.
