INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: ARDIEM MEDICAL, INC. for HD connector halves

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Northeast Ohio Healthcare System (VANEOHS) Cleveland VA Medical Center, VA RR&D Advanced Platform Technology (APT) Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Ardiem Medical for High Density 32-channel connector halves; 6-channel connector halves and custom bending fixture required for assembly. This is for a continuation collaboration between the vendor and the VANEOHS for support of the consumable supplies, fixturing, and materials and specialized labor necessary to fabricate and test the specimens.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement and who is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller of all the items listed above, may submit a capability statement to the contracting office to the contracting office no later than Monday, September 26, 2022, 4:00 PM EST. Interest/capability statements may be sent to rachael.talbott@va.gov, with subject titled: 36C24E22Q0326. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
