In lieu of the starc wall system, can contractor build a temp plastic framed wall with door? The VA will provide STARK walls with door for entrance to construction area. Are we required to seal/tape these doors during construction to make sure dust and fumes don t penetrate these rooms? Noise restrictions for grinding will restrict schedule for grinding between the hours of 4:30PM to 8PM M-F and Saturday/Sunday work between 8am and 8pm.    Please confirm that rooms 4021 and 4022 will be empty ready for flooring demo and installation of new flooring.
