***UPDATE*** Amendment 0001 is to provide information for a second coordinated site visit to be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 10:00am local time and to extend the due date for offers to Tuesday, November 8, 2022 still at 4:00pm Pacific Time. See Amendment 0001 attachment for details.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has an upcoming project for an Envelope Refurbishment and Roof Replacement for the Power Service Building (PSB) at the FAA's Denver Air Route Traffic Control Cener (ZDV ARTCC) located in Longmont, Colorado.
The estimated construction magnitude for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. See the attached solicitation package for details. A one-time site visit is scheduled for 10:00am local (Mountain) Time on Tuesday, October 4th, 2022.
Prospective site visit attendees shall pre-announce their firm's intent to inspect the site by contacting Joseph Crabtree at joseph.crabtree@faa.gov, (404) 606-6704 with the names of proposed site visit attendees no later than 10:00am Mountain Time on Monday, October 3, 2022.
Requests for Information (RFI's) arising from the site visit and requests for clarifications or interpretations of this solicitation and/or attachments shall be emailed to elaina.d.atkins@faa.gov no later than 4:00pm Pacific Time on Tuesday, October 11th, 2022. Responses to RFIs and questions will be provided via solicitation amendment only.
Offers are due no later than 4:00pm Pacific Time on Tuesday, October 18th, 2022. All offers shall be emailed to elaina.d.atkins@faa.gov.
NOTE: ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST HAVE A TOTAL FILE SIZE OF LESS THAN 10MB. EMAILS CONTAINING MORE THAN 10MB OF ATTACHMENTS WILL BE REJECTED BY FAA'S EMAIL SYSTEM. OFFERORS MAY SUBMIT MULTIPLE EMAILS IF FILE SIZES WILL EXCEED 10MB IN TOTAL.
