Description

Solicitation 36C10X23Q0275 0002 Questions: With the requirement of up to 400 (+/- 25%) guestrooms and meeting space set-up in classroom configuration for 190 students, is it correct to assume that the remainder of the students will attend classes at the LETC? Answer: Yes In the current state of Veterans Administration precautions against the spread of viral infections, does the "High Consequence Infectious Disease Restricted conditions" apply? Answer: Not applicable at this time. Under the Meal Management Services section, does the requirement for "sufficient space to accommodate social distancing of six feet" currently apply, or should it be understood that it be available when required? Answer: Not applicable at this time and will be provided when required. Is there a possibility of waiver of the requirement for a facility to be on the US Fire Administration Hotel and Motel Master List? Most properties included in the list do not have the amenities and/or the meeting space required. Answer: Any facility that is not listed, must be identified at time of initial quote submission for evaluation with a letter of commitment. Is it possible to include a suitable hotel under the conditions of this Solicitation that is in the 92211 zip code? Answer: No. Facilities shall be located within the zip codes in accordance with the PWS.
