The 28 Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB is providing Notice of Cancellation of solicitation FA469023Q0011.  The solicitation is being cancelled with the intent to resolicit under a new RFQ number after substantial revisions to the requirement's Statement of Work. Questions can be directed to the Point of Contact at the bottom of this posting.

The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469023Q0011, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for the 28th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) B7510 Dust Collector requirement.  See the attached Salient Characteristics for more information

This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332999  with a size standard of 720 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.

All questions and comments regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to jason.wright.30@us.af.mil no later than 17 April 2023 by 12:00pm MDT.    Please title all emails with questions with the following subject line:  “FA469023Q0026 – Solicitation Questions - LRS Dust Collector”.  Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov.

A second site visit will be held Wednesday, 26 April 2023 at 1:00pm MDT.  If access to Ellsworth AFB is required, access must be coordinated at least 24 hours in advance.  Interested parties should contact Mr. Jason Wright via email jason.wright.30@us.af.mil for details. 

All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation.

Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted not later than 11 May 2023 by 12:00pm MDT to jason.wright.30@us.af.mil. Please title all submissions with the following subject line: “Quote - FA469023Q0011 - Solicitation - LRS Dust Collector”.

Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code, and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are NOT presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation and the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.”
