Description

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Eco-Asset Holdings LLC, 248 Southwoods Centre, Columbia, IL 62236, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Eco-Asset Holdings LLC is the only company that provides the necessary Wetland Mitigation Bank Credits and Stream Credits that Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) requires.
