This RFP, 70B01C23R00000007 – Amendment 5, is issued for the Facilities Management & Engineering Directorate, Facility Maintenance and Repair Program for the Southeast Region. The government intends to award a single-award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with the ability to issue firm fixed price task orders, utilizing a total small business set-aside.

Offerors shall review all 14 documents attached to SAM Contract Opportunities (formerly called FedBizOpps or FBO) and shall submit their proposal response in compliance with the instructions contained therein, in order for proposals to be considered responsive.

This amendment is issued in order to extend the deadline for submission of proposals to 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), Friday, April 28, 2023. This will give the government time to finalize the review of documents based on several requests for clarification, primarily to afford the government the opportunity to correct any solicitation attachment errors which might need to be addressed by the government. If it is found that RFP Attachments related to equipment lists and line-item information needs to be corrected, these will be added in one final solicitation amendment. Otherwise, no further amendments will be issued to include revised documentation.
