A: As stated on p.1 on the solicitation, block #28, please complete, sign, and return the entire solicitation/RFQ. 4. Q: Is there desire to leverage the relaxation stations for delivery of other established VA programming or content related to employee whole health? A: At this time, the requirement is not being considered to deliver established VA programming or content related to employee whole health. 5. Q: Has there been consideration to issue this RFQ as a sole source with vendors that meet the justification requirements, including those with SBIR rights?
