Description

The Department of Justice (DOJ) Asset Forfeiture Program (AFP or the Program) requires professional investigative, legal, analytical, and technical support services to support AFP operations and management.  The contractor shall provide specific case-related professional and technical services in support of the AFP.  

The RFP is attached.  Interested offerors should provide questions and submit proposals as stated in the attached RFP.  

Amendment 1 (7/15/2022). The solicitation is amended to provide a list of interested offerors based on the response to the advisory pre-solicitation notice. This list is not intended to restrict firm's from responding to the RFP or to provide indication of viable firms in terms of the advisory RFP notice.  

Amendment 2 (7/26/2022). The solicitation is amended to provide an update regarding the questions received and DOJ's resposnes to questions.   Due to the number of questions received, it will take longer than anticiapted for DOJ to respond.  DOJ will provide the responses when they are available.  The RFP close date will be extended based on the additional days associated with the response to questions as compared to DOJ's original anticipated response date.   

Amendment 3 (8/5/2022). The solicitation is amended to provide an update regarding the quesitons received and DOJ's response to questions.   All references to the Submission of Offerr as stated in the RFP at L.5 are  updated to September 12, 2022.  DOJ anticipates that respones to questions will be provided on or about August 8, 2022.  

Amendment 4 (8/8/2022). The solicitation is amended to provide DOJ's response to questions received in response to the RFP.  The following attachments are included: RFP (amended), Attachment 1 (amended), Attachment 8 (amended) and Attachment 10. 

Amendment 5 (8/8/2022). This amendment adds the questions and responses that were received. 

Amendment 6 (8/17/2022).  This amendment is to provide the revised SF 33 as attached. The amendment also provides the questions received after 8/8/2022.  DOJ will provide all responses once they are available.  Vendors should submit any remaining questions by 4:00 PM eastern  on Friday, August 19,2022 and the Government anticpates that responses will be posted by August 26,2022. As much as possible, questions should be related to updates made with amendment no 4 or based on the responses to questions recieved.  The RFP close date is not extended. 

Amendment 7 (8/25/2022).  This amendment is to provide the responses to questions received as requested with Amendment 6.  The amendment also updates the SF 33 and RFP as attached.  Changes to the RFP as a result of this amendment are shaded in yellow and changes from previous amendments are shaded in gray. The amendment does not extend the RFP due date for offers.
