To procure agile programming teams to provide for transition from the current Verification Information Program Engineering Resources (VIPER) task order to the Joint Application Maintenance, Operations, and NextGen (JAMON) task order the development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) services to support USCIS Information Technology (IT) systems delivery primarily VIS (Verification Information System) on a noncompetitive basis.
