Steel and Aluminum Materials

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  This solicitation, PANNGB-22-P-0000 005419, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04, effective 30 Jan 2022.  This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business.  The NAICS code is 332999 and the small business size standard is 750 employees.  Basis for award is Delivery and Price. The government intends to issue a single award. The award may be made without discussions.

Ideally, materials will be delivered within 30 days of award of contract.  Vendors must provide expected delivery ARO in their proposal.  Delivery time will be a consideration for award along with price.
