Description

The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to procure this requirement as a single sole source to MERCURY MISSION SYSTEMS LLC.

This requirement is for the Repair of 4th FW AFREP Cabin Pressure Indicators NSN: 6685-01-668-2966

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). MERCURY MISSION SYSTEMS LLC is the only company who meets all the requirements. No other sources for this system, its parts, or its maintenance are known to the Government at this time.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2): Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government.
