Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure calibration and testing services for 8" & 12" magneticf flow meters from Alden Research Laboratory on a sole source basis. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
