Description

A. Project Title: Terrorist Screening Center (TSC) Ballistic Glass Upgrades.

B. This acquisition is a competitive local small business set-aside limitedto businesses within a 50-mile radius of Vienna, VA 22180 to be considered for award.

C. The total contract value is between $250,000 - $500,000.

D. Please reference Section L, (Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors) for proper preparation of the offer and to Section M, (Evaluation Factors for Award).

E. Questions in response to this solicitation are due no later than 1400 EST on 27 August 2024. Please use Attachment C - Questions Template for all questions. All questions shall be submitted via email and only to the points of contact (POCs) noted below. It is the offeror’s responsibility to confirm receipt.

F. Proposals are due electronically to the FBI by September 11, 2024, 4:00pm EST. Hand carried proposals are
not permitted at this facility. Early submissions are encouraged. The Government will begin validating proposals as they are received.

A site visit will be held on Thursday August 22, 2024, at the Terrorrist Screening Center located at 801 Follin Lane, Vienna, VA 22180.  Please view the attached Section C - SOW  and Attachment A to familiarize yourself with the project prior to the site visit. Please ensure you allow time in your travel to obtain a visitor day pass at the TSC Visitor Center.

2) Update Section H - Special Contract Requirements (changes in RED).

3) Update Section L - Instructions Conditions and Notices to Offerors (changes in RED).

4) Update Section M - Evaluation Criteria (changes in RED).

5) Provide answers to questions received before deadline and upload photos.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.
