Description
The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West (MRCO-West), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is issuing this Sources Sought notice to find potential sources to provide 98 FTE Health Care Workers and Medical Support Staff in Support of Mobilization Force Generation Installation (MFGI) Soldier Readiness Processing Center at Fort Bliss, TX.
The FTEs are broken down as follows:
• 2 Physicians
• 8 Physician Assistants
• 4 Nurse Practitioners
• 4 Licensed Clinical Social Workers
• 2 Pharmacists
• 3 Registered Nurse Case Managers
• 27 Licensed Vocational Nurses
• 6 Certified Nurse Assistants
• 2 Dental Assistants
• 2 Pharmacy Technicians
• 4 Optometry Technicians
• 4 Audiology Technicians
• 6 Phlebotomists
• 2 Medical Laboratory Technicians
• 1 Medical Credentialing Specialist*
• 2 Administrative Assistants
• 15 Medical Support Clerk s
• 3 Medical Records Clerks
• 1 Supply Technician
The Period of Performance (PoP) will consist of one (1) six (6) month base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option years. The anticipated PoP is 1 April 2025 - 30 Sep 2029 but may be subject to change.
The Government will use responses to this notice in formulating its acquisition strategy. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regardless of submissions.

IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS NOTICE IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.
PROGRAM BACKGROUND
The requirement is currently supported under contracts W81K00-24-P-0001 and W81K00-24-P-0002. The two efforts will be consolidated into one.
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES
The Government requires interested offerors be able to meet the requirements stated in the attached draft PWS. ELIGIBILITY The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 622110, General Medical and Surgical Hospitals. The Product Service Code (PSC) is Q201, Medical - Managed Healthcare. The Small Business Size Standard is $47M.
SUBMISSION DETAILS
The Government will not review general capability statements, please ensure submissions are tailored to this requirement and information requested in the attached draft PWS. The Government requests Capabilities Statements be submitted electronically in PDF or MS Word format. Offeror's responses shall not exceed ten (10) pages single-sided - standard 8 ½ X 11 pages using not less than 10-pitch font -- and shall describe the offerors technical expertise in sufficient detail to make an informed determination of the offerors ability to successfully provide the services listed in the draft PWS.

Information and materials submitted in response to this request WILL NOT be returned. DO NOT SUBMIT CLASSIFIED MATERIAL.
