THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE SYNOPSIZING AN UPCOMING COMPETITIVE SOLICITATION SATISFYING THE REQUIREMENTS OF FAR 5.201 AND 5.203 AN INVITATION FOR BIDS WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT AUGUST 8, 2024 Batavia JSA Fiber Run, Batavia VA Medical Center Procurement Number: 36C24224B0044 Project Number: 528A4-24-706 The Batavia VA Medical Center (VAMC) will be posting a solicitation to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform to work to be completed for the Batavia JSA Fiber Run. The general scope of this project is to provide fiber, supporting equipment, terminations and testing for the VA Information Technology (IT) Support, Electronic Health Records Management (EHRM) project. This project shall include but NOT limited to, running new fiber and conduit from the ground floor to the 4th floor, connecting patch panels, terminations, and testing. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238210 with a small business size standard of $45 million. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A 20% bid bond will be required and must be submitted with the bid. This project is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
