Description
The Command Assessment Program (CAP) requires a cognitive and intelligence aptitude assessment for the CAP. The MAB-II is a cognitive and intelligence aptitude assessment tool that provides a comprehensive and detailed assessment on 10 distinct area of intelligence. It is commonly used for employment purposes. The personality assessment must have web-based access with assessments and score reports for the command psychologist team’s analysis within 24 hours.
The MAB-II is the one most established aptitude assessments for selection and recruitment, which is a critical aspect of CAP. Importantly, this assessment is administered in group format, not requiring individual assessment that would take approximately 90 minutes per candidate if another measure was chosen. CAP requires centralized and local administration due to time restrictions of assessment reporting.
