The 52nd Contracting Squadron, Spangdahlem Air Base, formally announces the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Priced Order on a sole source basis to Monaco Enterprises Inc. The proposed contract action is for two (2) inline telephone audio interfaces at Bldg 127, two  (2) inline telephone audio interfaces at Bldg 690, three (3) tone panel VOIP kits at Fire Station 1, Fire Station 2, and Fire Station 1 LMR. Lastly, install one (1) EM client workstation at Bldg 12 for which the Air Force intents to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(a)(1)(B).

Companies may identify their interest by responding to this notice and submitting either a capability statement or an unsolicited quote. Responses to this notice, as well as capability statements and unsolicited quotes must be submitted to alyanna.parsons@us.af.mil and bryan.driscoll.3@us.af.mil. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote. However all unsolicited quotes received within 7 days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to compete, or not, will be based on the responses received, and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered only for the purpose of the determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this announcement.
