Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the replacement of the Concrete Floating Dock – Small Boat, and the repairs to the Fixed Timber Pier, Stone Gabion Bulkhead, and WPB Floating Pier at the USCG Station Montauk, Montauk, New York

ESTIMATED VALUE OF THE PROJECT: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS: 237990. Small Business Size Standard: $45.0 Mil. Product Service Code: Z2PZ
The date set for receipt of bids is 12 SEPTEMBER 2024 at 2:00 p.m EST.
The performance period is 285 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed for the Base Item. The Optional Bid Items may be exercised at the discretion of the Contracting Officer at award or within 60 days of award. If all options are exercised at award, the performance period will be established as 285 days. If exercised after award the performance period will be increased accordingly not to exceed 60 days
This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns.
