**New Proposal Submission Requirements**All proposals shall be submitted via PROCURMENT INTEGRATED ENTERPRISE ENVIRONMENT(PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil. No other submission methods will be accepted. To submit via PIEE each offeror must register in PIEE and request a role as Proposal Manager. Instructions on how to register and request a role will be attached to the solicitation posting.
**New Question Submittal Requirements**All questions submitted to the government as part of this solicitation will be submitted via Projnet.org using the Bidders key GBG6MJ-UZMP7X. No other method of submitting questions will be accepted. Questions are due no later than 17 Aug 2022 15:00 Pacific Standard Time.
The Sacramento District, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers Intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, single award task order contract for Biomonitoring Services. The subject tasks of this contract include Habitat Restoration and Monitoring. Current DOL wage determinations will be incorporated within the contract.
