As the Government team continues work on Epoch 2 requirements, we want to ensure all interested parties will have access to our next round of documents. In support of that, the E2 team would like get an start early processing and routing for access to our digital platform (LiveLink).

The Government is preparing instructions and forms. However, we want to ensure that all are able to start on the required cyber awareness training as soon as possible. Please internally identify no more than two (2) personnel that are able to access CUI, those not cleared will not be able to access LiveLink.

The Cyber Awareness Training needed to complete the eSAAR may be found at https://public.cyber.mil/training/cyber-awareness-challenge.

Description:

Space Systems Command (SSC) Resilient Missile Warning/Missile Tracking (MW/MT) Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) Epoch 2 Acquisition Update to Industry Information Release:

The purpose of this RFI is to update industry on the Government’s intent for the MEO Epoch 2 acquisition.  This information will aid industry in responding to our upcoming Draft Request for Prototype Proposal (DRPP) release in or around Apr 2024. This update to industry release includes the following:

• Letter to Industry including updates on the E2 acquisition strategy and expectations (CUI)
• Description for the interfaces pertaining to the mission management of the MTC constellation (CUI)
• GEP Info (CUI)
• Example scenes and target scenarios, including the instructions (CUI and SECRET)
• Draft Technical Requirements Document (SECRET)
• Updated Threat Table (TS/SCI)

This update to industry is information only and the Government is not requesting industry feedback or response at this time.

Instructions To Interested Parties:

The classification of the update to industry information are CUI, SECRET, and TS/SCI.  Please contact MTC Program Office POCs listed below to receive the information. Please note that if the requestor is not listed on SAM, no classfied information will be distributed. Please allow up to two weeks to process your request. All other questions or discussions, please cc the Contracting POCs listed below.
