TYPE OF CONTRACT CONTEMPLATED: Firm-Fixed Price ESTIMATED COMPLETION DATE: The anticipated completion of this project is 270 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). There will be three design submissions, 35%, 75%, and 100% with due dates as follows: 35%: Due 90 calendar days after NTP; 75%: Due 180 calendar days after NTP, and 100%: Due 230 calendar days after NTP.
